Enterprise technology platform company OneTrust announced today an agreement to acquire ethics and compliance cloud software provider Convercent, adding to its suite of trust-based solutions.
The Convercent Ethics Cloud Platform is used by more than 750 enterprise customers, including Airbnb, Under Armour, Kimberly-Clark, and TimeWarner, to manage their complex and advanced global ethics programs. Capabilities encompass whistleblowing, policy management, disclosure management, analytics and benchmarking, and learning.
