Energy and sustainability consultancy Longevity Partners announced today the appointment of Louise Ellison as global Chief Commercial Officer and the expansion of the company’s Business Development team. The firm stated that the appointment aims to meet increased client demand as businesses transition to a low carbon economy.
Ellison joins Longevity Partners after over eight years at retail property developer and manager Hammerson, where she served as Head of Sustainability, responsible for sustainability strategy, target setting, implementation and reporting for Hammerson’s retail property portfolio across Europe. She has had previous Sustainability roles at M&G Real Estate and Quintain Estates and Development. Ellison has served as Chair of the Better Buildings Partnership for eight years, and as Chair of the EPRA Sustainability Committee, and joined Longevity Partners’ board as a senior advisor in 2019.
According to Longevity Partners Founder and CEO Etienne Cadestin, in her new role, Ellison will help develop bespoke programmes for the firm’s partners to achieve their current and future ESGEnvironmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria are a set of standards for a company’s operations that socially conscious investors use to screen potential investments. More and climate goals, and will remain on Longvity’s board. Cadestin said:

Longevity Partners has seen significant growth in recent years, quadrupling its workforce over the past 18 months, with plans to double again over the next year. In December 2020, the company announced the opening of four new US and Germany offices in New York, San Francisco, Austin and Munich.
