Global wealth and asset manager Lombard Odier Investment Managers (LOIM) announced today the appointment of Dr. Lorenzo Bernasconi to the newly created role of Head of Climate and EnvironmentalEnvironmental criteria consider how a company performs as a steward of nature. Prior to joining LOIM, Bernasconi managed the UN SDG-focused “Zero Gap” portfolio at the Rockfeller Foundation in New York, where he served as Managing Director, Innovative Finance. He is the founding Board Chair of Emergent Forest Finance Accelerator, a nonprofit dedicated to mobilizing capital for tropical forest conservation efforts, and he serves as a Research Fellow at Stanford University’s Steyer-Taylor Center for Energy Policy and Finance. He has also held roles at UBS Investment bank and at Boston Consulting Group in New York and Paris.
