Corporate sustainability management software company Novisto announced today the appointment of Sirel Oktamis as Chief Customer Officer. In her new role, Oktamis will build and lead the Customer Success function for the company, and its end-to-end ESG data management and reporting platform.

Oktamis joins Novisto after almost two decades of experience in software development, digital marketing, and ad tech. Most recently, she served as Global Head – Platform Operations at Samsung ads. Prior to that, she held different positions at AdGear, acquired by Samsung in 2016, including President and VP operations. Oktamis has also held roles at creative marketing and communications agency Cossette, and at software company Logient.

Founded in 2019 Novisto is an end-to-end enterprise software focused on corporate sustainability management, aiming to enable companies to leverage the power of automation to collect and consolidate their sustainability data, improve their reporting, and gain insights for better decision making and value creation.
