Sustainability-focused investment manager Mirova announced today the appointment of Mathilde Dufour as Director of Sustainability Research and member of the Management Committee. In her new role, Dufour will be responsible for the entire sustainability research team at Mirova.
Dufour joined Natixis affiliate Ostrum Asset Management in 2009 and participated in the creation of Mirova in 2012. She has held several positions within the firm’s sustainability research team, including Co-Head of SRI research, where she co-constructed and participated in the deployment of methodologies that make up the firm’s extra-financial analysis and reporting processes.
Dufour has also been involved in the creation and launch of the Mirova Global Green Bond and Women Leaders strategies and led the project to transform the firm into a mission-driven company and its B Corp certification in 2020, which assures of the credibility of the company’s entire corporate responsibility approach.
