Leading European asset manager Amundi announced today a series of senior ESG, responsible investing and stewardship-focused appointments, including Alice Sireyjol as Deputy Head of ESG Development, Edouard Dubois as Head of Voting, Hélène Champollion-Morel as Head of Advocacy.

Sireyjol joins Amundi from global professional services firm EY, where she most recently served as Senior Manager,  Climate Change and Sustainability, advising companies on decreasing their environmental impact, rethinking their supply chains and transforming their business model to drive superior resilience and innovation. She also served as Manager and Economist for Sustainability and Climate Change at PwC UK.

Dubois joins the firm from Institutional Shareholder Services’ (ISS) responsible investment arm, ISS ESG, where he has been serving as Global Head of Stewardship and engagement, advising issuers and investors on their engagement practices. Prior to ISS ESG, Dubois worked at SquareWell Partners as Head of ESG Advisory, and held a series of senior investment stewardship-focused roles at BlackRock.

Prior to joining Amundi, Champollion-Morel worked at sustainability-focused investment manager Mirova, most recently serving as Head of Communications. She will also join Amundi’s general management committee of the Responsible Investment business line.

Sireyjol and Champollion-Morel will report to Timothée Jaulin, Head of ESG development and Advocacy, and Dubois will report to Caroline Le Meaux, Head of ESG Research, Engagement and Voting.
