Global asset manager Janus Henderson announced today the appointment of Michelle Dunstan as Chief Responsibility Officer, with responsibility for overseeing the firm’s corporate responsibility and responsible investing efforts.
Dunstan joins the firm after more than 18 years at AllianceBernstein, most recently serving as Chief Responsibility Officer and Global Head of Responsible Investing, where she developed and maintained AllianceBernstein’s Corporate ESGEnvironmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria are a set of standards for a company’s operations that socially conscious investors use to screen potential investments. strategy, and co-created and co-managed one of the firm’s ESG-focused equity portfolios.

Dunstan will join the firm in January and report to Dibadj.
