Pure play sustainability advisory firm ERM and climate management and accounting platform (CMAP) provider Persefoni announced the launch of a new partnership aimed at helping organizations accelerate their climate-related efforts and meet decarbonization goals.
ERM offers clients services to accelerate and facilitate decarbonization strategies, from planning, target-setting, and strategy implementation across operations and value chains to supporting reporting and disclosure requirements.
Launched in 2020, Persefoni’s SaaS platform enables companies and investors to measure, analyze, plan, forecast, and report on their carbon footprint.
Under the new partnership, ERM will provide decarbonization advisory and delivery services to complement Persefoni’s CMAP platform.
Matt Klein, Global Corporate Sustainability & Climate Change Co-Head at ERM said:
“We are seeing high levels of demand from organizations for carbon accounting solutions. They are seeking the insights that will enable them to accelerate their decarbonization journeys and meet an increasingly complex set of stakeholder and regulatory requirements.
“Persefoni has developed a platform that addresses these needs, and we look forward to working together to turn carbon consumption and emissions data into the action required to help organizations reduce their carbon footprint.”
Mike Wallace, Chief Decarbonization Officer at Persefoni, added:
“As a partner at ERM before joining Persefoni, I know first-hand the attention to detail and excellence that goes into everything ERM does. Together, we will champion a comprehensive end-to-end solution that meets the market’s needs today and tomorrow.”
