International savings and investments business M&G plc announced the appointment of Marian D’Auria as its new Chief Sustainability Officer, with responsibility for further developing and integrating the firm’s sustainability strategy into its business.
The new appointment follows the recent departure of M&G’s former Chief Sustainability Officer, Kathy Ryan, from the firm. Ryan, the first to hold the CSO role at M&G, joined the firm in 2023.
D’Auria joins M&G after serving at global business and investment group GFG Alliance, in the position of Global Head of Risk & Sustainability. Prior to joining GFG Alliance, she served as Managing Director at London-based investment consulting firm Redington, and as a Director at Deloitte, leading its Trustee Advisory team in London.
D’Auria will take on her new role in 2026, reporting to M&G’s Group Director of Corporate Affairs, Louise Shield.
