Industrial technology company Eurodia Industrie announced that it has raised €18 million ($20 million) through an investment from Starquest Capital and Yotta Capital Partners, with proceeds aimed at accelerating the company’s international expansion and support the scale-up of its industrial decarbonization projects in areas including resource efficiency, electrifying chemical processes, and CO2 capture.
Founded in 1988, France-based Eurodia designs and industrialises custom processes to extract, separate, purify, concentrate and recover components from complex liquids, providing solutions to address several key challenges of industrial transformation, including Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE), electrifying chemical processes that have historically relied on fossil fuels, recovering mineral co-products and cutting water, energy and chemical reagent use, and developing the technologies needed for CO2 capture and processes for biobased chemistry.
According to Eurodia, its technologies help industrial customers reduce their carbon footprint by lowering water, energy and resource consumption and reducing polluting inputs.
The new investment follows significant growth for the company, with Eurodia’s revenues more than doubling over the past two years from around €34 million in 2023 to €80 million in 2025.
Mathieu Bailly, President, Eurodia Industrie, said:
“We are delighted to partner with Starquest Capital and Yotta Capital Partners, who share our group’s values and vision. Backing from such leading players in the eco-energy transition is a powerful endorsement. The growing number and scale of projects in this sector confirm the market’s strong momentum and fuel our ambition.”
The company noted that Starquest and Yotta are investing through funds classified as Article 9 under the EU’s Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) the category reserved for funds with a sustainable investment objective and measurable environmental and social impacts.
Vincent Deltrieu, Managing Partner, Yotta Capital Partners, said:
“Eurodia perfectly exemplifies the kind of industrial growth path we want to support at Yotta Growth Industry. The company has achieved remarkable growth and is now scaling up in deep, rapidly accelerating markets, offering solutions that directly contribute to the decarbonisation and transformation of industry.”
