Real estate sustainability data solutions provider Deepki announced today the acquisition of real estate electrification-focused agentic AI technology startup Camion.

Founded in 2023, London-based Camion provides an AI-powered platform aimed at accelerating the deployment of electrification infrastructure. The company’s solutions leverage advanced agentic AI and localized predictive financial models to optimize the transition to electrification, including helping real estate owners, developers and investors by forecasting demand, integrating tariffs and grid data, and identifying where to deploy solar, storage, and charging for maximum return.

According to Deepki, the transaction comes amidst a massive $7 trillion electrification investment opportunity, with the combination of its real estate data with Camion’s agentic AI aimed at helping real estate owners to identify the highest-value investments, reduce energy costs, and secure access to power, in order to maximize portfolio value, mitigate risk, and build more resilient real estate portfolios.

Deepki estimated that the integration of Camion’s technology could enable owners to achieve a 40% increase in site Net Operating Income (NOI) through optimized upgrades and to underwrite new energy assets 90% faster with automated feasibility models.

Jacob Monroe, CEO and Co-founder at Camion Energy, said:

“By combining our domain-specific agentic AI platform, Deepki’s proprietary data layer of 500,000+ assets, and their customer base made up of the most sophisticated asset managers in the world, we believe we can accelerate the transition to clean energy abundance and hasten the allocation of the $7 trillion that will be invested in electrification in the coming decades.”

Founded in 2014, Deepki provides a platform enabling real estate players to collect energy, water and waste consumption data, and use data intelligence to improve assets’ environmental performance, support net zero efforts and measure results. The transaction marks the company’s fourth acquisition to date, including energy management and efficiency services company Sobre Energie earlier this year.

Vincent Bryant, CEO and Co-founder at Deepki, said:

“This acquisition represents a transformative milestone dedicated entirely to empowering our clients. By uniting Camion’s proven electrification models with our dedicated AI Lab, we inject an immediate technical edge that provides institutional investors with an always-on, AI-driven platform to protect Gross Asset Value and secure long-term value across their global portfolios.”
