The launch of the new page follows comments made last week by SEC Acting Chair Allison Herren Lee discussing the evolving and increasingly active role that the agency will take on issues of ESGEnvironmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria are a set of standards for a company’s operations that socially conscious investors use to screen potential investments.
