ESG advisory services provider Longevity Partners announced today that it has been appointed by CBRE Global Investors, one of the world’s largest real assets investment management firms with $123 billion in assets under management, to undertake its Pan-Asian ESG Management Programme.

According to Longevity Partners, the firm will work to embed ESG strategies into the heart of the business by establishing medium and long-term carbon emissions reduction and transparency targets, providing expertise and tools to ensure CBRE’s portfolios in China, Korea, Australia, Malaysia and Japan are future-proof.

The announcement comes after CBRE’s recently launched Sustainability Vision, announced in February, outlining the firm’s sustainability goals and strategies, across a broad range of ESG factors, including an aspiration to achieve net-zero carbon by 2040 for its directly managed, long-term core investments.

Ding Li, Senior Strategy Consultant at Longevity Partners, said:

“We are delighted to be appointed in managing CBRE GI’s Pan-Asian ESG Management Programme. This appointment is another milestone for Longevity Partners to act on our mission to create a positive impact globally.”
