Sustainability data and insights services provider Arabesque S-Ray and sustainability-focused business intelligence software company Seneca ESG announced a new strategic partnership, aiming to deliver climate, sustainability, and ESG data analytics and workflow automation tools to financial market participants.

Arabesque S-Ray focuses on advisory and data solutions by combining big data and ESG metrics to assess the performance and sustainability of companies worldwide. The platform utilizes big data and machine learning models to draw on more than four million ESG data points daily from over 30,000 sources to drive key sustainability insights.

Seneca ESG specializes in building software solutions for both investment management firms and corporates, enabling them to more robustly integrate ESG data and analytics into their business decisions and workflows.

Under the new partnership, Arabesque S-Ray Temperature Scores and Emissions Data on publicly listed companies globally will be integrated into Seneca ESG’s flagship ZENO platform for investment managers, giving users access to climate data that can be easily used to build portfolio climate scenario analyses and scoring and assessment frameworks.

According to Seneca ESG and Arabesque S-Ray, the announcement marks the first step in the strategic partnership, with plans for future collaboration on overall sustainability data.
