DWS, one of the largest asset managers in Europe, announced the appointment of Aleksandra (Sasha) Njagulj as Global Head of ESG for Real Estate.

Njagulj joins DWS after serving as Global Head of ESG at real asset investment management firm CBRE Global Investors, where she was responsible for developing and communicating the global sustainability priorities and strategies across the company’s business lines. Before joining CBRE, she held senior sustainability-related roles at construction and engineering firm Bouygues UK, including serving as Head of Sustainability, R&D and Innovation.

Clemens Schaefer, Head of Real Estate APAC & EMEA said:

Njagulj will be based in London, reporting to Clemens Schaefer and to Tom Henderson, Head of Real Estate, Americas.
