Papadopoulos will assume responsibility for ICS’ Sustainability Consulting strategy and evolution of services and customer success.

Most recently, Papadopoulos served as Vice President, Senior Impact Management Analyst at Calvert Research and Management, and prior to that was Senior Director, Corporate GovernanceGovernance deals with a company’s leadership, executive pay, audits, internal controls, and shareholder rights. More & Activism, at FTI Consulting. He also served for over 12 years in various senior leadership and research roles at Institutional Shareholder Services, including Executive Director, Head of Publications, ISS Analytics and Associate Director, Custom Research, among others.
Papadopoulos, said:

ICS also announced the appointment of Michelle Albanese as a Senior Sustainability Advisor, reporting to Papadopoulos. Prior to joining the company, Albanese served in various sustainability roles for TD Bank Group, most recently as Head of Responsible Sourcing and Supplier Diversity, and as Senior Conservation Consultant at Orland Conservation.
Papadopoulos will report to Marija Kramer, Head of ICS. Kramer, said:
