Russell Reynolds Appoints Pam Fitzpatrick as Global Head of Sustainability
Leadership advisory and executive search firm Russel Reynolds Associates (RRA) announced today the appointment of Pam Fitzpatrick for the newly created role of Global Head of Sustainability.
In her new role, Fitzpatrick will lead RRA’s sustainability function globally, partnering with the senior leadership team to integrate sustainability across the firm’s business strategy, and facilitating sustainability initiatives related to diversity, equity and inclusion, and climate change, among others. Additionally, Fitzpatrick will collaborate with RRA’s sustainability practice to ensure internal efforts are in line with industry-leading practice.
