Discount retailer Dollar Tree announced today a series of senior appointments, including Jennifer Silberman as Chief Sustainability Officer, and Terence Goods as Chief Sustainability Officer.

Silberman joins Dollar Tree from outdoor products company YETI, where she served as Vice President of ESG, where she established the company’s first ESG priorities. She has also held senior sustainability roles in companies including Target and Hilton.

Goods joins the company after holding several senior DEI-related positions at U.S. wine and beverage distributors Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits, and Glazer’s Distributors, most recently serving as VP of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, responsible for leading and executing the company’s DEI strategy across 44 states and 22,000 employees.

Additional appointments by the Dollar Tree included Jennifer Bohaty as Chief Compliance Officer, and Kristin Tetreault as Chief Communications Officer.
