Prior to the new appointment, Jenkins Thompson held leadership and advocacy roles on Pinterest’s communications teams and worked with companies including Walmart and Caesars Entertainment. She has also worked on Capitol Hill and on the board of the Mississippi Minority Business Alliance and is a member of the Fast Company Impact Council.
