IBM announced the launch of Maximo Emissions Management, a new AI-powered solution aimed at helping companies in asset-intensive industries, such as the energy, industry, transportation and buildings sectors, to track and report emissions.
The new solution forms part of a series of new capabilities added to the company’s intelligent asset management software suite, IBM Maximo.
According to IBM, the new solution enables companies to track and manage their operational continuous and fugitive emissions. The solution provides an operational dashboard, enabling users to access information regarding current environmentalEnvironmental criteria consider how a company performs as a steward of nature. incidents, such as fugitive emissions caused by a leak, report incidents, look into improvement possibilities, access information into the CO2e impact of incidents, and track progress.
