Goodman joins Schroders after serving for 14 years at Federated Hermes, most recently as Director of Engagement, where he focused on the energy, technology, consumer goods, and retail sectors. Previously, he held other senior management roles and has served as Company Secretary at the UK-listed Domestic & General Group plc.
Currently, Goodman is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and is a former member of the US Council of Institutional Investors’ Corporate GovernanceGovernance deals with a company’s leadership, executive pay, audits, internal controls, and shareholder rights.
