Equity investment management firm TimesSquare Capital Management announced today the appointment of Yovanka Bylander as Head of Sustainability.

In her new role, Bylander will be responsible for integrating ESG principles within the firm’s strategies and operations, working with senior investment team members to help further incorporate ESG factors in their proprietary research analysis of quality growth companies. She will also lead the advancement of TimesSquare’s sustainability initiatives.

Bylander joins TimesSquare after ten years at corporate governance and ESG data and analytics company Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), where she served as Global Head of ESG Client Success. At ISS, she led a team of experts focused on ESG integration across a broad spectrum of institutional investor clients including asset owners and investment managers.
